SA's newest and most exciting Pet Food store is currently looking for staff to join our team. Senior and Junior positions available - 7-days a week. Customer Service / Retail experience is preferred. What you'll be doing:
Patting Dogs :-)
Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
Assisting with all store operations, including merchandising and stock
Maintaining a clean and organised store environment
Supporting the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Adhering to company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and Thursday evenings.
