This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located in our Baulkham Hills Office within the busy NSW Operations Retail Systems Estimating team.
Reporting to the Estimating & Margin Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Establish retail prices in accordance with company margin and cost schedules.
Establish contract wording for all options.
Co-ordinate and contribute to the operational and production process for all options.
Develop and document business requirements with stakeholders and develop systems to support agreed requirements.
Define system requirements and liaise with Software Development department (IT) to implement.
Co-ordinate acceptance testing.
Ensure all retail upgrade options have a mini-bill produced via ordering system tools, ordering method of measure and/or ordering process.
Ensure all retail upgrade options have a direct build cost available in ordering and/or retail system.
Provide support and liaise with relevant departments.

The successful candidate will have:
Appropriate qualifications in building/estimating.
3 years' or greater experience within the Residential Building Industry.
Knowledge of the Sales, Workflow, and Construction processes.
Working knowledge of the Building Code and regulations.
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
