Retail Supervisor - Ms Stock Contracting Pty Ltd

Position Title - Retail Supervisor About the role -  As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency in service and product on a daily basis and ensure all products are stocked correctly.
Assist customers and resolve complaints.
Job Responsibilities -  • Ensure that food and beverages from store are received correctly and promptly by customers.
• Manage staff, organize working plan and time schedule for everyone, specify and assign duties on a daily basis • Be responsible for coaching, counselling, recruiting, training and disciplining staff.
• Manage stock levels.
• Discuss menu ideas with chefs and make menu plans.
• Oversee and undertaking stock control including purchasing and financial transactions.
• Ascertain levels of customer satisfaction and acting accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for customers and staff.
• Hire staff, train, and develop performance of team members • Perform other tasks as employer requires.
Skills & Experience  • Atleast 1 year experience as a Retail Supervisor • Excellent comminication skills  Job Type - Full Time Salary - $55000 to $65000 per annum Job Location - Northern Territory
