Key duties and responsibilities Responsible for the processing and payment of all incoming supplier invoices for NTPES Fleet. Responsible for the processing of completed workshop job cards and associated cost recovery via weekly journals. Processing of NTG Credit Card payment to vendors. Assist the Fleet Officer in the management of vehicle registrations, Vehicle Management System data entry and fuel cards. Assist Workshop Managers with purchasing. Manage the Fleet vehicle loan pool. Selection criteria Essential: Experience in processing large volumes of data entry related to invoicing and purchasing. Good understanding of the use of common operating systems such as MS Word and MS Excel. Desirable: NT Drivers license. Knowledge of NTG administrative systems.
