About the role As a Supervisor, you will actively assist the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently while ensuring our customers have a great in-store experience and it is a safe and enjoyable place to work for our team.

Who are we looking for?
Someone who loves retail and customer service, complements the store leadership team, has supervisory experience, values open communication, and enjoys coaching and developing others.
Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting.

Skilled in coaching and supporting others to maximize team performance.
Team-oriented mindset, valuing the strength of collaboration.
Excellent communication skills across all levels.
Proficient in stock management and replenishment strategies.
