Retail Supervisor

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and a good understanding of liquor products. This role will involve overseeing staff, ensuring smooth store operations and having a strong understanding and ability to adhere to the NT liquor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the storeLead, motivate and train staff to deliver exceptional customer serviceManage stock levels, including ordering and receiving productsMaintain merchandising standards and store displaysEnsure compliance with all relevant liquor laws and store policiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional mannerSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in retail, ideally within a liquor store environmentStrong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressureRSA certificate is requiredAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
