Job OverviewThe Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily store operations and ensure a high level of customer service.Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement.Manage store inventory and stock management.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Compile reports on sales, inventory, and team performance.Visual merchandising to enhance the store's appeal.Manage store rosters and schedules.Minimum RequirementsExperience in retail management or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to work autonomously and achieve KPI benchmarks.Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.Willingness to work a Tuesday - Saturday 38-hour week.Application ProcessA resume is not required to apply for this job.
