Full job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail business based in Toowoomba. You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI's,Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards,Rostering to ensure great customer service,Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood,Stock-takes,Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.ABOUT YOU A love of the country and a passion for our productYou will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united teamA commercial retail operator with strong organisationskills across merchandising, rostering and sales administrationExceptional communication and customer service skillsAble to work across agreed hours from Monday to Saturday and occasionally on Sundays as needed.WHY JOIN RB SELLARS ?
