Who We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Retail Store Management, leading a team by example while being hands-on. Their approach to staff development and providing an exceptional customer experience will always be at the forefront of their mind, as will the drive for success and reaching sales targets.
As a skilled mobile phone repair technician, you will assist with managing a vibrant tech store and the day-to-day store operations. In this role, you will perform and manage mobile phone repairs while supporting your team with accountability for driving sales and developing a superstar sales team of up to 6 staff.
