As the Retail Manager of the store, you will have complete responsibility for the store operations, building and training a high-performing team who maintains high customer satisfaction. You'll need to develop a good understanding of customer purchasing behavior and maintain products and promotions accordingly to provide an enticing shopping experience.

About the role:

You will have total responsibility for the operation of the store.

You will be working alongside the company director to reach short-term and long-term goals set for the store and store budgeting.

Work towards targets including fuel sales, shop sales, periodical audit scores, and high customer service ratings.

Assist with console operation.

Fuel & Stock Management – You will be communicating with all the suppliers to procure shop stocks along with placing purchase orders for fuel.

Developing purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies based on customer feedback and past data.

Staff Management – Hiring and training new staff, carrying out regular safety and training for team members, and weekly rostering.

Administration Work – Maintaining all relevant records and ensuring compliance with OHS and local council regulations.

Customer Service Management – Dealing with customer feedback and complaints and taking necessary action to rectify.

Working Hours: Full-time

Availability: 7 days preferred (negotiable)

Experience: Previous Retail Managerial experience required.

Wages: $75,000 per annum (Negotiable)

Job Start Date: September 2024

Full work rights required.
