Harbour Lane Furniture & Bedding is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our flagship store in Traralgon, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Sales Performance: Drive sales initiatives, implement merchandising strategies, and analyse sales data to find opportunities for growth. Customer Service: Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Operations Management: Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Financial Management: Check store performance against financial goals, analyse budgets, and implement cost-saving measures. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or homewares industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in computer systems and retail management software.
