This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated retail professional to lead a dedicated retail sales team. As Store Manager at our Townsville showroom, you will be reporting to the Area Leader and taking ownership to drive the store's sales, operations, and overall team performance.
Your duties will include but are not limited to: Driving KPI's to meet and exceed personal and store targetsLeading, inspiring, and motivating the sales teamMonitoring and managing team performanceExecuting company local marketing campaigns and business networkingAnalyzing stock levels and merchandising stock to maximize salesShifts based predominantly in-store, also at our successful pop-up/plaza sites at local shopping centers when required.
