We are currently looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our Taree team.
As the Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of staff in delivering excellence in customer service and ensuring efficient processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesEffectively lead and manage a small team to deliver excellence in customer service and sales of mobility and healthcare equipment.Co-ordinate deliveries and job tasks for staff ensuring adequate workloads are completed.Process invoices, quotes, and orders requested by internal staff and funding bodies in a timely and efficient manner.Forecast sales figures and inventory requirements to effectively manage showroom stock levels.Re-design the showroom layout on a regular basis to keep it looking fresh.Assist in recruitment and training of new employees.Utilise company software program for efficient stock management and reporting.Participate in group retail management meetings to assist in overall company growth strategies and operational management.QualificationsProven experience in leading a team.Practical experience with retail management or related discipline.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop a quick rapport with a diverse range of people.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.Your application will include the following questions:
