With our global headquarters here in Perth, we have found the need for a Discount Outlet Retail store in our backyard to help clear excess inventory. We are currently looking for #ourkind of staff member to join us as a full-time, Retail Store Manager to manage our Cannington Outlet store as well as work with the team at Rusty HQ on future popup stores and the MARGS WSL event activation.

We are looking for an experienced manager who is not only an excellent salesperson but also a fantastic leader and motivator of the team they work with. Someone who is business-minded, who can organise stock allocations and inventory levels, manage store budgets and rosters, have the retail team reporting directly to them, and manage all day-to-day operations of the store.
The successful applicant will be responsible and reliable, a proven leader, who is not afraid to 'roll up their sleeves' and work side by side with the in-store team.
Weekend work is required; however, we take a flexible approach to this so you have a great work/life balance while ensuring the needs of the business are met at all times.
