About the Role: As our Retail Store Manager for Spencer Street outlet, your responsibilities encompass overseeing the store's overall performance, fostering a supportive team environment, ensuring profitability, guiding and mentoring our Lindt Ambassadors to spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, and managing day-to-day operations. This entails adeptly navigating between the shop floor, Point of Sale system, and the Beverage Bar, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.
We seek a proactive leader who not only motivates their team but also delivers an unparalleled chocolate experience, reinforcing the Lindt Brand.
