About the Role: As our Store Manager for Spencer Street, your responsibilities encompass overseeing the store's overall performance, fostering a supportive team environment, ensuring profitability, guiding and mentoring our Lindt Ambassadors to spread the word about the wonders of Lindt, and managing day-to-day operations. This entails adeptly navigating between the shop floor, Point of Sale system, and the Beverage Bar, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills.
