Job Summary :
We are seeking a strong, experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our client's large-format, high-volume retail store. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a proven track record in managing large teams, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all store operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and a high standard of customer service. Lead, motivate, and develop a large team of employees, ensuring high performance and engagement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within a large format, high-volume retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
