Retail Store Manager @ Flinders Street Rail Station

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Flinders Street Rail Station.

Our Relay store is undergoing a complete refurbishment, due for opening early December and we are looking for a new Manager to lead our store. Our new Relay store will offer commuters a fantastic range of convenience items including LOTTO, tobacco products, newspapers, magazines, snacks, drinks and personal items.

As the Store Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards. Analyse sales data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Contribute to the overall success of the store by achieving sales targets and maximising profitability. To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with: A proven track record in retail management. Exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
