Your role will involve:
Leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve store targets.Providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, training, and support for volunteers.Assisting to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.Managing the volunteer roster and ensuring shifts are covered.Collaborating with the retail team to drive sales and maximise profits.A place to feel valued: Your leadership experience in retail, training, and customer service is invaluable.
