As a Eureka Furniture Store Manager, you will lead a team of highly driven and capable teammates to be customer and sales focused. You will be driven to support and upskill your team through training, motivation, and leading by example to achieve set KPIs. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Retail Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory managementDevelop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitabilityHire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and proceduresMonitor inventory levels and order products as needed to ensure adequate stock levelsManage budgets and expenses, ensuring the store operates within financial guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and in compliance with company standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety regulationsQualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing staffStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with customersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of inventory management and budgeting principlesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends#J-18808-Ljbffr
