Competitive Hourly Rates: Monday to Friday: $27.17/h Saturday: $33.96/h Sunday: $40.74/h Public Holiday: $61.12/h Depending on roster definitions including penalty rates and eventual overtime, take home up to $65k/yearly!

Your Empowering Role as a Retail Store Assistant Manager: Be the 2IC Store Manager managing the team and store on their absence.
Ensure the store is visually appealing and ready for business daily.
Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, as well as our customers.
Administer daily procedures accurately and handle required reports per company guidelines.
Assist the Retail Store Manager with recruitment, training, and development with a clear vision and goals.
Assist with manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and ensure adherence to processing procedures.
