Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager this role will operate primarily from our Camperdown Head Office.
ABOUT THE ROLE Arrange for Faulty transfers & disposal of faulty stock.Investigate Short deliveries & theft of stock on delivery.Collating Style counts for storesConducting fortnightly Box countsConducting retail Audits – as & when requiredkeeping track of all maintenance requests required for stores & working with relevant departments to ensure everything is fixed in a timely manner.Maintaining a detailed expense file on maintenance costs.Sending out direction for transfers as directed by Operations, following up completion, booking pick up and following through process till store receives.Keeping detailed record of all inter store transfers.Maintaining Bookadelivery – Booking all deliveries through toll, following up transfers when required etc.Completing costings of box movement to ensure we are not overspending on interstore transfers. ABOUT YOU Ability to work under pressure. Passionate about stock management Highly organised and efficient stock management skills High performing attitude with a team spirit Personable, practical, orderly, time efficient, and takes pride in looking after their area of responsibilities.
