The Marketing Collective is a Face-to-Face Marketing Agency based in Maroochydore. We help our clients by providing an effective and impactful face-to-face presence for their brand, engaging with people, and creating memorable and educational experiences.
Simply put, clients want to promote their brands at popular events and retail locations, and they hire us as the expert team to do it. Think Expos, Trade Shows, Shopping Centres, Airports, Sporting Events, even Concerts. You name it, a client wants us there, and we make it happen!
Here is what you'll love: Progressive Company Culture: How we go about our work!Flexibility - Full-time & casual roles 30–45 hours a week.Earnings - Hourly rate + super+ uncapped daily bonuses OTE $1500 - $2000 paid weekly.Paid training delivered weekly – access industry experts + in-person Coaching & Training.Organic career growth into Leadership and Management roles.Seeking people who have: A hunger for more and a belief that you're capable.Enjoy the thrill of pursuing goals & problem-solving your way towards them.A desire to be a high-income earner and to maximise our bonus structure to achieve your personal goals.A customer-obsessed mindset that allows clients to trust you with their brand.Available for a minimum of 4 full days, but ideally, 5/6 preferred.Over the last decade, internal training programs have been developed to develop people with all experience levels.
