Campbell Petroleum is a family-owned business operating fuel retail and convenience outlets in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla, and Monaro regions.
We're looking for fun, energetic, reliable, and down-to-earth Retail Staff who are passionate about providing great service for our customers to keep them coming back for more.
Staff movement has created a part-time opportunity (23 hours per week) in our Shoalhaven Heads outlet.
The hours are likely to be afternoon shift (1pm to 7:30pm) Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and 9:30am to 2:30pm each Sunday.

We are also looking for casuals to relieve across our Bomaderry, Shoalhaven Heads, and South Nowra outlets.
You may be offered several shifts each week or few to none, depending on relief requirements each week.
Opening hours in our stores vary depending on location.
Overnight shifts are not required as our stores close either early or mid-evening, but you may be required to open early (5am).
You will busy and on your feet for the whole shift - there's always something to do.
Work across different stores will be required for casual relief and some of our locations aren't easily accessible by public transport, so a driver licence and your own vehicle is essential.
You'll take us further by… Delighting our customers with excellent customer service Delivering the very best customer experience in relation to our premium fuel, quality lubricants, food, and other productsProviding our customers with a safe, welcoming, and clean environmentPerforming safety and security checks to ensure overall safety of our teams and our customersUsing your relevant experience to support the Site Supervisor.
You'll need….
Previous experience working in customer-facing, retail rolesThe ability to work well with othersSafety awarenessReliability - it's a small teamAttention to detail - taking pride in doing things right and having the store looking greatWillingness to take responsibility for opening and closing on some shifts, once trainedThe right attitude to deliver the best customer experienceDriver Licence and own vehicleFor the part-time role - availability on the shifts we have outlined above each week.We'd also love it if you have food handling experience (cafe / fast food) but we can offer training for people with the right attitude and attributes.
