Retail Skin Consultant

THE POSITION
RATIONALE is delighted to share an exciting opportunity for a passionate Skin Consultant to join our new RATIONALE David Jones Bourke Street Team . This is a full-time position based in the Melbourne CBD, Victoria.
This role plays an active part in the David Jones Bourke Street Flagships' success by providing ultimate service experiences to each and every Client.
Our dedicated Education + Retail Teams will ensure you are trained across our product formulations from the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.
THE PERFECT PROFILE
As a Skin Consultant at RATIONALE, this role requires a passion in Client service, skin and beauty. In addition to your positive and enthusiastic nature you will need:
Previous experience in a retail, luxury, or similar role Passion for providing consistent and exceptional Client experiences Able to display a genuine commitment to your Clients in achieving their skin goals Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills To actively participate + positively contribute to the culture of the VIC Flagship Teams ON OFFER TO YOU
