About Us: We are the St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria or, more fondly, Vinnies Victoria. Under our Good Works umbrella we have many services and programs, including soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria (VCV), which assists some of Victoria's most vulnerable communities, such as people experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis and family violence, and the elderly. VCV also provides employment to people living with disability.

Love achieving results? Want to make your shop an amazing place for our dedicated volunteers? If you have answered yes, this could be a truly great opportunity for you to make a significant impact.
More specifically you will have: Retail management experience with a real focus on people; Proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results; Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations; A "Can do" proactive attitude and positive team spirit. Good Growth – where you undertake an exciting journey and grow both personally and professionally. Good Ideas – where you can contribute to evolving and growing the community.  Good Matters – where you can become a part of an organisation which advocates for change and restores people's dignity.  Apply Now!
