Full-time permanent position based at our Victor Harbor store Join SA's iconic RAA Your new opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic individual to manage our Victor Harbor RAA shop.
Your outstanding customer service skills, and ability to manage in a professional and enthusiastic manner will see you succeed, as well as your strong motivation and passion for inspiring and motivating staff.
You will manage a team of Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service to our members and achieve individual and shop sales targets, through your excellent guidance and support.
In addition, you will: Complete Continuous Development Program (eCDP) Planning and Review Sessions with all direct reports within organisational timeframes.
Inspire, coach and motivate staff to achieve their individual sales and performance targets using structured RAA sales principles.
Oversee and control budgeted staffing and operational costs.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of RAA, systems and processes.
Present a clean, well merchandised Shop with up-to-date point of sale material in accordance with Retail standards.
About you  You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.
You're passionate about helping our community (and members) and want to make a difference.
For this role, we're also looking for: 3 years Supervisor/Manager experience in a sales and customer service/retail environment desired.
A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting performance objectives in a managerial role.
Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great attitude with the willingness to learn.
