We have created a unique experience in our showroom whereby we spend quality time with our clients who have booked an appointment with us. Our purpose is to create a comfortable and cosy environment and truly understand all our client needs. As we grow, we are more focused on the wedding market. You will be trained in styling and custom clothing sales and work on the floor. You will learn to style, measure, and sell clothing to our established clientele.
About the Role:
You will be the face of the brand, offering an unmatched luxury service to our VIP clientele.
You will be in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
To be your genuine self is paramount.
We aim to focus on building long-term relationships rather than quick sales.
You will be:
Working one-on-one with clients to assist them in their suit purchase with genuine advice.
Displaying strong knowledge of menswear.
Feeling like your own boss.
Attending appointments with clients.
About You:
Our ideal team member must have a bubbly and empathetic approach with our clients. Furthermore, bringing a cool yet enthusiastic and professional approach will match our brand image. Our clients book in an appointment to spend one-on-one time, so being focused and motivated is crucial.
Other qualities we are looking for:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
Experience in menswear is preferred.

An understanding of how to generate repeat business through providing luxury service.
