Your daily duties include but are not limited to:
Achieving sales KPI's in a fast-paced environmentContinuously engaging customers passing by the kiosk and handing out perfume samplesDriving brand awareness and sales growth with continuous sample handoutsAssisting customers to sample products as part of their 'scent journey'Providing outstanding customer service Exceed personal sales targets while working within a teamPrepare and manage product stock counts and orders About You An integral part of the business you'll bring your strong work ethic along with:
Exceptional customer service and communication skillsEnergetic and self-motivated individualConfident to approach customers and build rapport quicklyPassion for fragrances and scents Well presented, with a good understanding of fashion trends and stylingMinimum 2-3 years sales and team leader experience preferred but not compulsoryPlease note; the successful candidate will be required to work at both locations.
