Retail Sales Professional

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a casual professional dynamic salesperson to join our team. You will be working at the Cannon Hill store.
Our stores carry Electrical appliances, furniture and bedding and have a Customer Solutions focus. The role is centred around Customer Service, product sales and Visual Merchandising.
Key responsibilities: Customer sales negotiation based on the BETTA Academy techniquesFollow up customer orders/technical adviceEnsure that appliances, furniture, and bedding are displayed in the most effective way for customersMonitor stock levels and labelling and initiate ordering if requiredAssist / accompany driver where required with in-home deliveriesSupport and follow up the store OH&S standards and emergency proceduresImplement sales and promotional programsAssist managers to set up advertising for departmentAttend product, sales, and merchandise trainingEnsure security of all stock and the storeOperate and input information into POS systemFollow up an incomplete sale reportsStrive to achieve set sales targetsAvailable on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and Thursday NightsSkills Required: Retail experience, preferable in electrical appliances/furnitureRecord of achieving or excelling of budgets and targetFace-to-face sales and good communication skillsSmart presentation
