Job Summary: The Retail Sales & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
This position will be responsible for managing sales channels, resolving customer queries, and optimizing business processes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge Manage sales channels (e.g., retail stores, contact center, online platforms) Build strong relationships with customers to resolve queries and promote loyalty Identify and pursue new business opportunities Operations & Administration Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales records Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, finance) to resolve customer issues Analyze sales trends and provide insights to inform business decisions Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions Implement operational changes to enhance efficiency and customer experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives Additional Responsibilities Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activity Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Perform other duties as required Requirements: Essential Experience in sales and operations, preferably in the electricity retail sector Proven sales and customer service track record Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software) Desirable Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of electricity retail industry and regulatory framework Experience with sales analytics and reporting tools What We Offer: Competitive salary and incentives Ongoing training and development opportunities Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and reward for outstanding performance How to Apply: If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, please submit your resume and cover letter to #J-18808-Ljbffr
