Job Summary:
The Retail Sales & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
This position will be responsible for managing sales channels, resolving customer queries, and optimizing business processes to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge
Manage sales channels (e.g., retail stores, contact center, online platforms)
Build strong relationships with customers to resolve queries and promote loyalty
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Operations & Administration
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Manage and maintain accurate customer data and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, marketing, finance) to resolve customer issues
Analyze sales trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
Process Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions
Implement operational changes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
Essential
Experience in sales and operations, preferably in the electricity retail sector
Proven sales and customer service track record
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software)
Desirable
