Job Summary: The Retail Sales & Operations Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency. This position will be responsible for managing sales channels, resolving customer queries, and optimizing business processes to achieve business objectives.
