Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably within electrical, telecommunications, or high-end furnishings sectors.
Have a large business network that you can leverage to create new opportunities.
Proven track record of achieving sales outcomes and developing high-performing teams.
Strong focus on team engagement, coaching, and professional development.
Passionate about retail and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Understand that this is not a typical 9-5 retail job but a position that requires outbound activity, relationship management, and work outside of the typical workday.
