Job Brief

We are looking for a results-driven retail sales assistant to be responsible for the day-to-day customer service and sales to join us in our new Stefan Hair Salon in Towooomba Grand Central.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and offer an exceptional experience to all customers.
Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Assist our team in the salon to support the daily operations of the salon.

Requirements and Skills

Proven experience in retail sales assistant roles.
Strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the hair industry and knowledge of retail hair brands is preferable.
