Part-Time Sales Assistant for Indian Ethnic Multi-Designer Store - PAARO (Caulfield, Melbourne)

Position: Part-Time Sales Assistant (4 days per week) Preferably female Based in Caulfield, Melbourne Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and display of designer collections Learn and maintain knowledge about different fabrics, embroidery, and current fashion trends, particularly in Indian ethnic wear Support customers with styling advice and outfit selections Handle sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets Assist in the organization of in-store events, designer showcases, and promotions Skills and Qualifications: A passion for Indian ethnic fashion and an understanding of designer wear trends Basic knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, and Indian fashion styles Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – a willingness to learn is key Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment Perks and Benefits: Discounts on stunning Indian designer wear Earn commission on sales The chance to work with renowned Indian designers such as Surabhi Chopra, Ruchika Hurria, Masaba, and more Be part of an exciting, fast-growing industry in a dynamic retail space Opportunities to grow and develop your career in fashion How to Apply: If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
