Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Preparing and Testing Batteries: Prepare and test batteries for sale, ensuring they meet our high standards.Fitting Car, Boat, and Motorcycle Batteries: Fit car, boat, and motorcycle batteries, ensuring a safe and efficient installation process.Assisting with Daily Operations: Assist with daily operations, including orders, stock management, and other administrative tasks.RequirementsPrevious Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.Basic Understanding of Mechanics and Batteries: A basic understanding of mechanics and batteries, including knowledge of battery types and installation procedures.Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and supportive experience for our customers.Ability to Fit Batteries: The ability to fit batteries in various vehicles, including cars, boats, and motorcycles.Current Driver's License: A current driver's license and residency in Gladstone or nearby areas preferred.Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including the ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
