The role You will be responsible for:
Set, communicate and execute the store strategy to deliver year on year growth. Monitor and analyze financial targets and implement necessary changes for improvement. Ensure the store is effectively staffed for seasonal peaks and troughs. Oversee and effectively manage total store operations, including opening and closing activities Effectively manage all people management activities in accordance with company practices and values. Build a high performance and safe work culture within the store. Lead by example and provide a great customer experience with a high level of sales skill Perks of the role Base salary starting from $110,000 + Super depending on the roster Up to $5,000 per month in commission Annual excellence awards Service awards Paid Parental leave If you tick all the boxes, then why wait?
