Moxons Country Bakers in Armidale is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Operations Leader to take charge of the day-to-day operation and profitability of our growing network of retail locations.
Currently supporting three bustling sites, we're planning to expand – and we need someone like you to help make it happen!
What does the role involve? Taking full responsibility for the operation and profitability of our retail sites.Managing staff rosters, recruitment, training, and performance to build high-performing teams.Driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring each site meets its financial targets.Overseeing inventory and stock control for efficient and seamless operations.Implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase foot traffic.Working closely with the Bakery Manager and business owners to align retail operations with our overall growth strategy.What's in it for you?
