As a Retail Sales Assistant at Beaumont Tiles, your role involves developing trusted relationships with tradespeople (builders/tilers/plumbers), providing advice and offering a consultative approach to service. You will ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.
Reporting to the Store Manager, your daily responsibilities will include generating sales, providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, completing some administration tasks, and maintaining the overall look of the store. You can expect to work in our showroom and trade centre servicing both retail and trade.

THE SKILL SET
Experience in a face-to-face retail sales role in the industry or related field is highly regarded
Proven abilities and experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Good rapport-building and influencing skills
A competitive nature and a desire to win
A flair for asking the right questions to uncover the needs of customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technology-savvy and strong administrative skills
