Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Covering our Newstead clinic, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a part time basis working 22.8 hours a week.
Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Full and comprehensive trainings are provided.
Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients.
Interactions are either over the counter and/or phone and emails.
Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services.
Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers.
Upselling of our products and services.
Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment.
Processing orders and clinic stocktake.
Are you a MATCH? Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales. Effective communication skills. Ability to work autonomously in clinic. Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages. Computer skills and confidence in using Google suites. Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine. Strong organisational and administrative skills. We offer: Effective onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
