ENLAKE is a leading supplier of high-end medical and laboratory refrigeration products to Universities, Hospitals, Pharmacies and Laboratories around Australia. Our clients seek us out either online or over the phone. We have been established for 15 years.Role and Responsibilities This is a great opportunity to gain an interesting and stimulating position in specialised retail sales. In-house one on one training and support will provided to the successful applicant. After successfully completing the initial training and assessment period of approximately 3 months, the opportunity to work from home will be available.
This role primarily involves online and over the phone customer sales service and the fulfilment of customer sales utilising online quoting and accounting software. Expert technical and procedural support will be provided in-house. Duties will primarily involve but not be limited to:
Answering sales callsAnswering email and online enquiriesPreparing quotes, invoices, and purchase ordersFollowing up and liaising with suppliers and clientsLoading new products to our online systemsUpdating pricing in our online systemsQualifications and Education Requirements The successful applicant will be able to clearly demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and clearly competent mathematical skills. Tertiary education would be advantageous but not essential.
Preferred Skills Retail sales experience, or experience using Xero software will be advantageous. Experience in the operation and monitoring of medical / vaccine / laboratory fridges would also be advantageous. General competency utilising computers for emailing and web browsing is essential.

Normal working hours for the position are 9.00am – 5.00pm with all the mandated, breaks, holidays, penalty rates and superannuation.
