We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Melbourne CBD team. You're a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem-solve like a pro. You are someone who wants to develop their skills and grow within the business. While you love a laugh, you pride yourself on your work ethic and getting the job done.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.Style customers and introduce them to new products.Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand - sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries.Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.Availability to work Tuesday - Saturday roster cycle.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.Salary: $64,000 per year plus superannuation.Report to:noneResponsible for:noneSkills:customer-service, adaptable, critical thinker, creative, relationship builder, awesome communicator.
