While you love a laugh, you pride yourself on your work ethic and getting the job done.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.Style customers and introduce them to new products.Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand. Sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click and collect, holds, and inquiries.Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in-store.Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.Availability: Tuesday – SaturdaySalary: $64,000 per year plus superannuation.Skillscustomer-serviceAdaptable, you've got hustle, creative, great attention to detail, an awesome communicator.
