Key duties and responsibilities: Work as part of team to create a genuine shopping experience for every customerActively and passionately sell on the shop floor and contribute to the stores sales and KPI targetsEnsure store presentation is immaculate through adhering to our visual merchandising standardsEnsure product knowledge of apparel and accessoriesAssist in managing and replenishing stock and contribute to a well organised stock roomAssist your Store Manager with various administration and store maintenance duties including cleaning as requiredThe skills and experience you offer us: You have previous customer service experienceYou work well within fast paced team environmentsYou are upbeat, energetic, and motivating - you make the best out of any situation!You are committed to providing exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiencesYou have strong communication and organisational skillsYou are a great listener and use feedback constructivelyThe perks we offer you: Generous discounts for you and your family across Brand Collective's entire stable of brands!
