At the heart of our business our employees are expected to adhere to and support our core values of - Our people matter, we care about our customers, and we strive for excellence at all times.  About the role Due to ongoing growth within our dealership, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Assistant- Motorcycle Parts & Accessories to join our team in Launceston. This is a full-time position.
The candidate that we seek must have a passion for motorcycles, be a team player who has the ability to drive our brand in to the future.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will efficiently & effectively be the interface with the Service and Bikes Sales departments to ensure all parts & accessories requirements are being met. The role requires prompt, dependable, high-quality parts & accessories sales assistance and advice to team members and customers by using the most recent sales techniques.
To apply for this role, you must have the following: Cert 111 Automotive Sales (or demonstrated relevant industry experience).Basic understanding of the motorcycle/automotive industry (or relevant transferable skills).Excellent oral and communications skills.Sound understanding of administration processes.Ability to work within tight deadlines with minimum supervision.Sound problem solving and mathematical skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, outlook with the ability to learn specific industry computer systems.Ability to work outside of normal working hours to meet training requirements, events and rostering.A demonstrated team player with a "can do attitude".
