Let's talk about the team and you: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you focus on helping people to achieve outcomes with their sleep health.
Reporting into the Store Manager, you will be a natural communicator with a pride and personal interest in what you do.

Let's talk about qualifications and experience: Previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail roleAbility to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressureA strong customer service and sales focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.Administrative skills to document and process customer enquiries (product usage, purchases, etc)Strong and adaptable communication skills are a mustAn active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issuesStrong computer skills with the ability to operate across multiple platformsTo get us really excited, you will be driven to learn new skills and keen to secure a role, which offers exposure to an exciting industry that can offer an exciting new career.
