Job brief We are looking for a results driven retail sales assistant to be responsible for the day to day customer service and sales to join us in our new Stefan Hair Salon in Towooomba Grand Central. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and offer an exceptional experience to all customers.
Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsAssist with our team in salon to support the daily operations of the salonRequirements and skills Proven experience in retail sales assistant rolesStrong organizational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the hair industry and knowledge of retail hair brands is preferable.
