Retail Sales Assistant

Shepparton Workwear are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team to provide excellent customer service at our busy store.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to work with everyone is what we are looking for.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.
ResponsibilitiesGreet and direct customersProvide accurate informationAnswer customers' questions about specific products/servicesConduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasingEnsure racks are fully stockedUnpack incoming stock and sorting from floor stock to garments that require brandingInform customers about discounts and special offersStay up-to-date with new products/servicesUnderstanding of the retail sales processBasic math skillsExcellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationshipsAbility to perform in fast-paced environmentsOrganizational skillsAble to work in a team environment but also be confident to work independentlyWe have a Full-time position Monday to Friday with the opportunity of a Saturday morning.
Experience is a bonus but not necessary as training is provided.
