Retail Sales Assistant

Shepparton Workwear are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team to provide excellent customer service at our busy store.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to work with everyone is what we are looking for. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.

Responsibilities Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Ensure racks are fully stocked Unpack incoming stock and sorting from floor stock to garments that require branding Inform customers about discounts and special offers Stay up-to-date with new products/services Understanding of the retail sales process Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments Organizational skills Able to work in a team environment but also be confident to work independently We have a Full-time position Monday to Friday with the opportunity of a Saturday morning. Experience is a bonus but not necessary as training is provided.
